This stunning classic car underwent a meticulous and high-quality restoration in 2015, which not only revived its timeless charm but also introduced several thoughtful upgrades. Originally registered in June 1972, this Snowberry White MGB GT found its way into the collection of its most recent owner in late 2012, where it was cherished and prepared for a new lease on life through an extensive restoration in 2015.

​

The extensive record of invoices speaks volumes about the effort invested in restoring this classic to its former glory and then some. Notable improvements include a brand-new interior, featuring striking red upholstery. The engine received a thorough overhaul, with the addition of new piston rings, valves, gaskets, seals, and essential components like a new oil pump, water pump, and timing chain. The mechanical upgrades didn't stop there—invoices document a new clutch and clutch lines, a comprehensive brake system overhaul, the replacement of all engine and gearbox mounts, as well as the installation of a new radiator and oil cooler.

Enhancements designed to elevate performance and functionality include a complete stainless steel exhaust system paired with a substantial bore stainless manifold, an electric cooling fan, and a brand-new set of centre-lock alloy wheels.

The exterior of the MGB GT was not overlooked during the restoration process. New lighting fixtures were integrated all around, complemented by a full set of fresh brightwork, door handles, wing mirrors, locks, badges, and front grille. A comprehensive respray lends it an appearance that is nothing short of stunning. The attention to detail carries on under the bonnet, where the engine bay shines with tidy wiring, gleaming hardware, and a fresh coat of paint, effectively restoring it to a nearly new condition..

Six years on from its restoration and showing 91,814 miles, this is a most impressive MG all round and the condition is hard to fault.​
